SOLD: 1960s Architects Plan Chest by Abbess

Vintage architects plan chest by renowned furniture makers Abess and dating back to the 1960s.

Made from solid oak with dovetail jointed drawers and the original Abess badge to the front.

In excellent condition throughout with a light patina with the oak naturally aged over time.

We have left the top as the patina aged oak from years of use gives it a lovely charachter, and before leaving will treat it to a deep wax.  However, if you prefer, we could sand it back and restain it for you – just leave a note in the comments when ordering and I will give you a call to discuss.

All our plan chests are given a full Cambrewood service. As a result, all drawers run smoothly and the cabinet is deep, tightened up and ready for your home!

Come in two parts with the top sitting on the base for easy access to your property. Delivered to a room of your choice by our trusty two man delivery team.
