We always aim to deliver your item within 7-14 working days. Our couriers are very reliable and you will get tracking and a delivery day offered before your order leaves. We sometimes deliver ourselves if you are local too!  If you need something very quickly, a gift for example, please get in touch at the time of ordering and we will always try and help.

We offer free Mainland Delivery on all our items. This includes a 2 man delivery team for larger items too. For smaller items we use a tracked parcel courier service and tracking details will be sent you.

Larger items to Scotland may carry a surcharge, please contact us if you would like a quote.

All items are booked in with you prior to leaving. If you have any specific delivery requirements – just let us know!



Collections can be arranged either in person or we can work with your couriers if you prefer.





So you have seen that must have piece, but are not getting the keys to your new property for a few weeks, or more? Or have new business due to open etc? Get in touch. We are always happy to help and do not charge a storage fee as long as timings are reasonable.

We are also happy for you to arrange your own collection and can have you order packaged and ready on a pallet(if required) ready for your own courier to collect.







A damaged item is of course disappointing and thankfully does not happen often. We use a 2 man delivery crew on all our larger items as although it is more expensive, it is the safest way of getting your item to you. However -mistakes can happen and if you do receive a damaged item – please contact us within 24 hours and we will work quickly to get it sorted out for you.

We MUST be notified within 24 hours in order to file a claim with our couriers, damage reported outside of these times cannot be claimed against, however, we are a reasonable bunch – get in touch and we always try and help.

Changed your mind? Please try and make sure you measure where the item is going to minimlise the need to return an item before you order : ) However, should a return be required we are happy to accept as long as the item is returned to us in the original packaging and undamaged, which seems fair enough! In order to return an item that has arrived damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery please.

Please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible for you. Please take pictures of the damage and the packaging and email them to us and we will come back to you right away, organise a collection and if possible a replacement or refund.
