CURRENT DELIVERY TIMES 

We always aim to deliver your item within 7-14 working days, however due to the current situation, courier delays are sometimes out of our control. Our couriers are very reliable but should they be running a little late -please bare with us and we will do our upmost to get your item to you as quickly as possible.  If you need something very quickly, a gift for example, please get in touch at the time of ordering and we will always try and help!

PLEASE NOTE: Before your order leaves, we will contact you to book a delivery day that is convenient with you : )

 

FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY 

We offer Free UK Mainland Delivery on all our items. This includes a 2 man delivery team for larger items too. For smaller items we use a tracked parcel courier service and tracking details will be sent you.

All items are booked in with you prior to leaving. If you have any specific delivery requirements – just let us know.

All our 2 man delivery drivers wear masks and operate as we would expect them too- with everyones safety a top priority.

If your order is outside of our free delivery area – you will be contacted and we will get you the best price we can for your delivery.

LARGE ITEMS 

All our larger items are delivered using our 2 man delivery team.  As well as receiving updates from us, you will be contacted by the couriers directly and they will book your delivery with you on a day that suits you- we will also keep you updated too. If you need anything or have any questions regarding your delivery – please get in touch with us at any time.

For orders of multiple items we may use a pallet service and pack your items safely onto a pallet. We will discuss this with you if  a pallet is required.

DUE IN ITEMS 

Our items are not mass produced and often as a result  are only available in small numbers. By pre-ordering a due in item we can allocate it to you which is a great way of securing your item. If you would like to pre-order please add the item to your basket and check out as normal.

Please note that when ordering a due in item – unless the due in date is shown on the listing- we are still awaiting an arrival date ourselves. This can vary but is normally around 8 weeks, however, due to unexpected shipping delays this can occasionally be longer. If you have any questions about pre-ordering a specific item – just get in touch. Due in items can and do arrive often arrive quicker than expected too.

As we only take payment using trusted payment methods such as Paypal & Stripe – meaning you have complete buyer and payment protection. With this in mind please order with confidence and should you change your mind at any point or we get an unexpected delay-you can request a refund at any time and we will refunded in full.

 

COLLECTIONS  

Collections can be arranged too and will follow the current Covid guidelines – everyones safety is of the upmost importance. We are a family business and continue to make sure we operate as safely as possible. If you have a collection query please get in touch. We can work with your courier or yourself safely operating a no contact collection.

 

 

 

OUTSIDE THE UK? OVERSEAS DELIVERY?

No problem! We can and do deliver worldwide – please get in touch with your delivery location and the items you would like to ship for a quick shipping quote. Please email:  info@cambrewood.co.uk

We are also happy for you to arrange your own collection and can have you order packaged and ready on a pallet(if required) ready for your own courier to collect.

DAMAGES

A damaged item is of course disappointing and thankfully does not happen often! We use a 2 man delivery crew on all our larger items as although it is more expensive, it is the safest way of getting your item to you. However -mistakes can happen and if you do receive a damaged item – please contact us within 24 hours and we will work quickly to get it sorted out for you.

 

 

 

 

RETURNS

Changed your mind? Please try and make sure you measure where the item is going to minimlise the need to return an item before you order : ) However, should a return be required we are happy to accept as long as the item is returned to us in the original packaging and undamaged, which seems fair enough! In order to return an item that has arrived damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery please.

Please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible for you. Please take pictures of the damage and the packaging and email them to us info@cambrewood.co.uk and we will come back to you right away, organise a collection and if possible a replacement or refund.
