DELIVERY TIMES 

We always aim to deliver your item within a 7 to 10 days, but orders more often than not leave us sooner. We will book the delivery slot with you on larger items BEFORE your order leaves to ensure you are available to receive it.

Our specialist proffessional furniture couriers are 5 star rated and super reliable and we have used them for many years. You will get tracking and a delivery day offered before your order leaves. We sometimes deliver ourselves if you are local too!  If you need something very quickly, a gift for example, please get in touch at the time of ordering and we will always try and help.

Smaller items – we will check what days suit you and tracking will be sent to you by email.

PLEASE NOTE: Before your order leaves our couriers will contact you to book a delivery day that is convenient with you : )

 

FREE DELIVERY 

We offer free Mainland Delivery on all our items. This includes a 2 man delivery team for larger items too. For smaller items we use a tracked parcel courier service and tracking details will be sent you.

All items are booked in with you prior to leaving. If you have any specific delivery requirements – just let us know!

 

COLLECTIONS  

Collections can be arranged either in person or we can work with your couriers if you prefer. As we are often on the road, collection from the barn is available by appointment only.

 

 

 

STORAGE

Have you seen that must have piece, but are not getting the keys to your new property for a few weeks, or longer? Or have a new business due to open and juggling dates? Not a problem. We are happy to store your order until you are ready without charge, we will reach out to you for the odd update, so please let us know so how things are going your end. There is no set time limit and your order will be safely stored.

We are a small independent business and store for free — so please be kind and do not cancel after weeks of storage!

After 3 months, if no contact has been made despite our attempts to reach you, we reserve the right to cancel the order, relist the item and no refund will be offered. We are happy to store for longer for you, but this is if NO contact has been made despite our efforts.

International orders: Where shipping costs are to be confirmed and paid separately, payment must be received within 30 days of the shipping quote being provided. Failure to pay within this period reserves Cambrewood the right to cancel the order without refund.

 

 

OUTSIDE THE UK? OVERSEAS DELIVERY?

We can deliver worldwide – please get in touch with your delivery location and the items you would like to ship for a quick shipping quote. Please email:  info@cambrewood.co.uk

We are also happy for you to arrange your own collection and can have you order packaged and ready on a pallet(if required) ready for your own courier to collect.

 

 

 

 

 

DAMAGES

A damaged item is of course disappointing and thankfully does not happen very often. We use a 2 man delivery crew on all our larger items as although it is more expensive, it is the safest way of getting your item to you safely and undamaged. However -mistakes can happen and if you do receive a damaged item – please contact us as soon as possible, prefferably within 48hrs and we will work quickly to get it sorted out for you, covering all costs for collection and replacement delivery.

RETURNS

Changed your mind?  Should a return be required we are happy to accept, please keep the original packaging and get in touch as soon as possible to let us know how we can help. As a small business we may kindly ask that you contribute a small ammount to the return cost, but we are happy to discuss this with you.
