SOLD: 1960s Heals of London Afromosia Sideboard by Richard Hornsby

Made from solid Afromosia and designed by the renowned Richard Hornsby, this fine looking sideboard would have been sold by Heals of London during the 1960s and made by Fyne Layde Furniture of Branbury who were one of the few cabinet makers of the time to use solid wood.
A simple and elegant design with reeded drawer fronts and a bevelled edge top, a hallmark of Hornsby, the quality of craftsmanship is second to none.
There are 4 drawers with a partitioned drawer to the top and shelved cupboards to both sides with each solid afromosia shelf being height adjustable, allowing for storage of bottles of sprits and wine bottles.
Excellent condition throughout with very little signs of use.
