1960s McIntosh extending Dining Table and 6 Chairs.
This solid teak dining table and 6 chairs have been together since the 1960s and work so well together as a full set.
The table is solid teak, made by McIntosh and extends out to easily seat 6 people. The extending mechanism is very easy to use, simply pull the table out on both sides to expose the centre, which folds out and the table slots together. Very sturdy when set up, and very comfortable 4 seater when folded away.
The top is in excellent condition, the table is very sturdy too. McIntosh quality ensures everything works as it should.
The chairs are solid teak too, the fabric is a hard wearing wool blend and in really lovely condition. They may have been professionally reupholstered at some time, but if so have been done to a very high standard and in very clean condition.
