These 1970s ebonised, vintage, Moroccan bistro tables have been dry stored at Chilford Hall in Cambridge since the iconic Waffles breakfast bar closed its doors back in the early 80s.
Waffles of Cambridge was started by a Canadian couple back in the 1970s and was not just the place to have waffles, but THE place to hang out too.
These unique ebonised wooden tables were hand painted in a Moroccan style for the upstairs restaurant part of the bar. In totally original condition throughout.
Lovely little table for a conservatory or breakfast or reading table.

Made specially for Waffles, these one off Ebonised wooden tables were handpainted in a Moroccan style for the upstairs restaurant part of the bar. Original condition, used with a few signs of wear but sturdy tables in good used condition.
Lovely little table for a conservatory and would look great with pot plants, the green plants against the black paint or use as a little breakfast table etc..add a lamp in a corner of a room, it’s up to you!
